The living room has a SMART TV that is the perfect spot to gather and enjoy your favorite TV show after a fun-filled day at the beach. View NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your own account on this TV.
Take in the partial view of beach & sparkling gulf water views from your private balcony. Enjoy the salt breeze from the porch swing and watch the sunsets over the water! This waterfront complex features 4 pools (2 large main pools, 2 kiddie pools), deeded beach access and private boat launch, this complex has it all! Condo is a large, fully equipped 2Br/2Ba unit that sleeps 8! This first floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach!
This vacation condo has some recent updates including new kitchen counters & backsplash (Oct 2016)! The private balcony has a partial view of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Condo has 3 CableTVs (ALL FLAT SCREEN/TV in Living Room is Smart), VCR & 2 DVDs. Sea Oats H102 also has a full size washer & dryer and a single cup coffee maker.
Parking is on-site under the building in an assigned spot; $32.00/veh permit
Complex has dock for fishing and boating and BBQ grilling areas.

This is the second time weve stayed at this property but the first in this condo and it was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for my family (3 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 10 year old). Anything we couldve wanted was available in the kitchen and there was enough started supplies to last the first 2 days. The swing on the balcony was mine and my husband's favorite spot! The host was very responsive when I had questions and we will definitely be staying here again.

The beach access was great. It was a short walk and having access to water hoses at the condo to wash off sand was a nice surprise. The fishing pier was also a short walk and the pool was large enough to have several families there. The Parking was great as well.
The Condo itself was a slight disappointment. The hallway leading to the Condo has a Moldy/dank smell. The inside of the Condo needs a deep clean. There were dust throughout the condo giving the appearance that a decent cleaning had not been done.
Teammates of ours stayed in the same Sea Oats complex and after seeing their Condo, it was evident that this one needed to be updated/remodeled.
Overall, with the little time that we spent in the actual condo, as we spent most of our time at the beach, pool, fishing, etc, we enjoyed our stay.
