Private Lower Level Studio: Separate entrance, full kitchen, full bath, and fun "Man Cave" setup featuring two TVs, a pool table, and a hide-a-bed. Ideal for grandparents, older kids, game nights, or anyone wanting their own hangout spot.

The main upper level—living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom—enjoys full southern exposure, filling the spaces with natural light and those sweeping 180° ocean and bay panoramas. This house was great for my dad’s 60th birthday beach getaway. You can see the golf course and ocean from the balcony’s. You can even hear seals if it’s quiet enough. We had quite a few adults with a few kids/pets and the house definitely accommodated. The homes curtains had some stains on them, and cobwebs inside in the master and living room, but was nothing that was a big deal. Very big comfy grey chair! We seen lots of wildlife and deer!! The jacuzzi felt great after golfing! The beds & linens were so cozy and comfy! The only problem we ran into was no fault of the host, but we had multiple wasps/hornets (about a dozen all weekend) and ended up biting the kids, might be a nest somewhere in the vents? But I believe the home has pest control. I would definitely stay at this home again. Host was very quick on communication!

This spacious and clean house with a beautiful ocean view was exactly as advertised. We were a group of 6 adults, 1 toddler and two small dogs, and all had a great time. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, as well as the short drive to nearby beaches, hikes and eateries. Would return in a heartbeat!

The view was really beautiful from the master bedroom and dining table. We enjoyed the large gathering area, the shower and pool table in the man cave, and the quiet neighborhood. Otherwise, we were very disappointed with most of the house. It really needs a thorough cleaning (especially the mold), updating, and repairs in lots of areas. There was a lot of clutter and stuff piled in the closets of the small bedrooms, pantry, and cabinets in the kitchen. The light switch in smallest bedroom needs fixing. There should be mirrors in all the bedrooms, especially with many sharing the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets are in really bad condition. The exterior is probably in the most need of repair in the whole housing area. We wondered if the owner ever even goes to the house and sees the condition it is in. We did enjoy our time together as we live in three different cities and met there for some vacation time. We only want to be honest about the house so it will make it more enjoyable for others.
