Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.
Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

This condo was great for 5 adults. I was concerned about not having a good view of the beach and the ocean. The view was better than the picture shown on the listing. We enjoyed the included beach gear. The only place we walked to was the Whisk and Grind breakfast restaurant nearby. It was nice having that so close. We didn't want to try to cross the busy street for other places to eat. Florida's Fresh Grill was one of my favorite restaurants. They have a dress code after 6pm. It was the perfect vacation spot.

The condo was exactly how it was described and for it being an older condo it was very clean and spacious and the view and breezes from the balcony were amazing!!! The pool and beach were amazing especially after a day at Disney lol And the host was always quick to answer if we had a question or problems This condo is perfect for family friends or just couples

Everything about this place was perfect. Amazing views of the beach from your balcony. Walking distance to everything. The pool was clean and refreshing a great meeting spot. But most importantly. Access to the beach is seconds away. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back. Dan
