A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
We hope we have the opportunity to host you at our awesome Tahoe Bear Cabin. It's located in a truly private spectacular setting with our backyard bordering The Tahoe National Forest. Our pictures of the cabin and surrounding property and forest acreage don't do it justice.
The 'Tahoe Bear Cabin' offers tumbled marble in the bathrooms, slab granite, and maple cabinets throughout, state-of-the-art stainless appliances, four televisions, four of which are high definition (60-inch and 42-inch), satellite TV, home theater surround-sound, a grand copper wood burning fireplace, beautiful gas fireplaces in upper and lower bedrooms, central heat, and hardwood floors. Several decks make for wonderful outside entertaining, as does the Jacuzzi hot tub, which offers total privacy. Bose speakers complement the Jacuzzi and decks.
Approximately 2600 square feet, this unique and elegant three-bedroom, three-bath, incredible Tri Level Cabin promises to make your stay in Tahoe unforgettable. Come for the Weekend and make memories that will last a Lifetime. Make no mistake, this cabin will truly bring the Lake Tahoe experience to life.
Surrounded by acres of conservancy land with The Tahoe National Forest and only two long blocks from the lake lies our Tahoe Bear Cabin, offering both privacy and convenience. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there are external security cameras located on our deck, the exterior doors into the house, and the parking lot area. One of the greatest features is the opportunity to watch neighborhood bears, but they can be little rascals if there are no guests at the property. We monitor the outside to ensure everything is safe for our authorized guests. There are no surveillance cameras inside the house.
Located just minutes from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts, and only 10 minutes from the Coast Guard boat launch at Lake Forest Road, our Tahoe Bear Cabin will allow you to experience Tahoe to its fullest - access to the Tahoe Rim trail, snowmobiling, cross country skiing at Paige Meadow, sledding on our private road or at Granlibakken Resort, quad & ATV, and hiking are conveniently located right out our back door.
Bedroom One: King-size bed
Bedroom Two: King-size bed, Queen Sofabed
Bedroom Three: Queen-size bed, Sofabed, and Twin
Living Room: Sofas sleep up to 6

The house is perfect has a cabin motif, but very modern bathrooms and kitchen .Our host was even nice enough to let us stay an extra day because we got snowed in and 80 was closed. Clean had everything you could possibly need and yes, I would stay here again. Hostess is very responsive to any questions.

What a wonderful, magical way to spend the Holidays! Cheryl's cabin was cozy yet spacious. We had three generations staying and everyone had their own nooks but could gather in the family room when it was time to open presents and watch movies. She has a large property that was perfect for building snowmen and sledding. So close to Tahoe City as well! Thank you Cheryl for a very memorable Holiday!

Very Cute Home and Lots of "Tahoe" Decor. Property was clean and very comfortable. Not a lot of counter space though due to the excessive decor. After paying top dollar for this place, I wasn't aware that we weren't supposed to sleep in some of the beds. Whaaaa? Kinda weird. Cheryl is a lovely person but kept calling all weekend to see how we were doing and instructing me on how to use the hot tub because all the jets were not working properly. Tub drained and I found myself crawling under the deck outside, in snow, to turn on the water, then waiting for the water to heat up. Light switches everywhere and hard to find, Tv also way too much of a struggle. I have rented homes in Tahoe for the past 25 years, and this, was definitely an odd experience. We left the place clean and on time, key in lock box.
