Studio is facing to backyard, sunny during the days and super quiet at night
Guest access
Guest uses the private gate ( right side of the main house) as entrance, on the check in day pls let me know when you will be arriving, and please check yourself in via the lockbox on the studio door.

Other things to note
Tv features: Roku allows you access to your favorite apps ( YouTube, Prime, Netflix etc). No smoking, no pet please. If smoking (including e-cigarettes or any type of vaping) there will be 200 charge. Please appreciate the quietness of the elegant space
