This home has 2 levels and is located at 411 9th Street in Key Colony Beach. Private Boat dock that is 37 and half feet long. Only one trailer can be parked on property. Lower ground level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room along with sofa sleeper. 2 bedrooms with one a King bed and one with twin beds and 2 Bathrooms. Family room opens to pool deck and has sleeper sofa. Upper level has Living Room,Dining Area ,Kitchen,2 bedrooms with a King bed and 2 Bathrooms. We own the other unit next door and can be booked separately on VRBO # 704877. The two units have a door that can open between them. Each side has it's own pool and sleeps 10.
Amenities Include: 6 TV's,gas grill,4 bicycles,garage, dock,fish cleaning table, electric and water, bait freezer,hair dryers in all baths,beach towels, bath towels, all dishware and pans,coffee maker, extra pillows and blankets for sofa sleeper.
Key Colony Beach is a very safe quiet community. There are 4 restaurants,3 bars,executive golf course, tennis courts,basketball courts and extra trailer parking on island for $100/week storage. The dock on each side is 37 1/2 ft. There is a propane grill and 4 bikes.

Refunds for Hurricane or Covid: Unless there is a mandatory evacuation for weather we don't refund. And we only refund for Covid if we are mandated not to rent by City/State.

Very nice home for our stay. All four bedrooms were big and quiet. Pool area was very inviting with lots of big towels. Kitchen area more than adequate to prepare what you need as well as as a nice grill. Definitely would stay here again. Close to everything, beautiful neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and it worked perfectly for our group of three families, three adult couples and three kids. One of the kids slept on the pull-out couch, which worked just fine.The kitchen was great and well set up, and we absolutely loved the sunsets. The location was a huge highlight for us. We really, really loved being here, pickleball courts were just a couple blocks away, the community beach was close, and the home was centrally located to most of the activities we wanted to do. The bikes provided were such a bonus and very much appreciated.The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. One of the beds was uncomfortable for our friends, and they quickly brought over a topper, which was so thoughtful. Unfortunately, the bed was still not very comfortable for them, but we truly appreciated how fast they tried to resolve it. The pool was not heated when we arrived, but again, they handled it right away.Overall, a very responsive and gracious host, a fantastic location, and a great home for a larger group. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful property! Rented this properly both sides & it did not disappoint. Absolutely perfect. Everyone had a great time. Ample parking. Furnished wonderfully. Everything we needed in every room. Very wide canal.We've stayed at many different rentals & we will be returning to this one.

We chose this property as a repeat customer based on previously listed amenities including access to the cabana club down the street. We were told upon entry that the home is no longer a member and the daily rate per person was just too high. This was always a great option to the house pool as it is in direct sunlight and becomes very hot and less than refreshing.
Presentation and overall initial cleanliness of the home was great however the tile flooring appears only swept and never mopped/scrubbed. Shoes must be worn at all times.
Noted improvements with decor/kitchen needs (pots/pans/dishes) and all cabinets repaired.
Internet was very spotty when it worked. TVs did not work in any of the rooms. One dvd player was good alternative for kids.
