This lovely 2 BR 2 BTH condo is nestled in the corner of Summertree Village located in the Shore Dr area. Conveniently located to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. Enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away. The Apache Pier and Ocean Annies Beach Bar are waiting for you. Shore Dr. is right down street from the famous Restaurant Row that offers some of the best restaurants in the area. You will find this extra large 3rd floor condo to be most accommodating. Slumber away in the new King Size bed in the Master Bedroom. The 2nd BR features a Queen and a Double bed for the kids or your guests. The living room sofa also pulls out for a comfortable Queen sleeper. Many updates and comfortable surroundings makes this a Great Vacation Getaway! Free Wi-Fi is provided for your internet access.

First off there's no view of the ocean but you are super walking distance close. There's a shop little plaza right down road before ocean. No golf carts allowed and the HOA is right in top if it. The host was great with communication and otherwise left us alone. Unit had all we needed to cook, clean, so laundry. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This condo was a good option for the money. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared for steps. Nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. And the outdoor pool is partially shaded if you don’t want full sun. It has a great porch on the front to stash your beach and pool stuff. And there were two balconies in the back with table and chairs. Very nice area and close to activities and restaurants.
