Boater, fisherman and water enthusiasts paradise. Only 5 minutes from the open gulf in the quaint neighborhood of Signal Cove.
We encourage you in this NAUTICAL HAVEN to disconnect to reconnect. Therefore we do not provide a TV. We do however provide high speed internet. Numerous toys, building blocks, games, books and cards can be found on bookshelves and in desk.
Breathtaking view of the wide canal from the amazing party deck that is partially covered. Large outdoor table and plenty of seating options including lounge chairs. The home offers a floating dock for swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking and bicycles. There is also a chiminea for cozy fires when conditions allow. Partially fenced in yard open on the canal side for your furry friends. Watch frequent dophin, manatee and other abundant aquatic life at night in front of the seawall. Fishing poles, kayaks, beach towels, kiddie pool, corn hole, grill, outside shower. Three bicycles are provided. Extras may be available upon request.
State and county parks on the water close by to enjoy beaches, hiking trails, bike trails, bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing charters, swimming, sunsets on the gulf from look out towers. Famous waterfront restaurants around the corner with live music, great food, cold drinks and beautiful sunsets. Carport and plenty of room for extra vehicles and your boat or jet ski trailer. Guests are asked to avoid parking in the street.
Spacious and clean with an open floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Baby items including a pack n’play, baby monitor and stroller. Sleeps 11 people. You won't be disappointed! The boat lift is rented to a local family, they are authorized to park on the side of the house and use the side gate to access their boat. Guests will be given advanced notice when possible, if they plan on coming.

It was a very calming spot on the corner of the canals , plenty of space inside and out for being in a water community like that , the home was fully loaded and really did not have to bring much with us but food and drinks . We took our 22ft boat with us and was able to keep it at the dock out back and it was so nice to be able to pick up and go or return as we pleased , was only about 20 minute boat ride to anclote key , and Cindy was super helpful with navigation and got back to any questions I had almost immediately. We were very happy and would come back again in the future . Thank you !

The property was great! Clean, lots of amenities that kept the whole fam entertained. The biggest asset was definitely the property manager though. She’s awesome. Responsive and helpful. That can really make or break a vaca. 12/10 recommend!

The home was very clean and updated and the location was great. It has great access to the gulf and a huge natural mangrove shoreline that’s great for kayaks. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night as well.

Great property that was everything that was described. Plenty of kids toys and room. Cindy, the property manager was incredibly efficient and immediately answered any or all questions!!
