Location, view, balcony, facilities
-Sunshade/umbrella on the balcony ( bigger then the ones for the beach)
-Perhaps some beachchairs to take to the beach ( low ones)

Brand new apartment, very clean, spacious and comfortable for a 1-bedroom property. Amazing views out to sea. A very short walk to town for shops, restaurants, bars. One of the best properties we´ve rented in Lagos, we would definitely stay again.

Really good location Within walking distance of everything in Lagos.Great view from the unit.Having Bar and coffee available downstairs was a plus.

We loved the location, being able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and be next to old town with hundreds of restaurants to choose from.
The layout of the condo is also fantastic, allowing you to have a beach view from anywhere in the condo.
We enjoyed everything. Keep up the good work.
