This private home located in the Elk Run Subdivision (just up Vasquez Road) is perfect for your vacation to the Rocky Mountains. Park your car in the garage and take the shuttle to the slopes.
The lowest level of the home is perfect for entertaining as it contains a flat screen TV, pool table, foosball, large chair and pull-out sofa ( Sleeps 10 - 11 using the pull out) A full bath services this level and the lower level bedroom which contains a twin-size bed over a full-size bed. The outdoor hot tub is accessed through this level as well.
On the main level you will find the large, modern kitchen with eat in dining room. The table is large enough to seat 8 to 10 people. Just out the dining room door to the deck is a stainless natural gas grill. The main living area is located on this level as is a half bath, 2 love seats, 2 recliners, an oversized chair and a gas fireplace. Another large flat screen TV is provided. Beautiful hardwood floors have been installed throughout. The laundry room is on this level near the entry way and you can access the internet here as well.
Finally, the upper level has three more bedrooms each with queen beds and TV's. The master bath contains double sinks and a newly remodeled open shower. Another full bathroom is located in the hall to service the other two bedrooms.
**The quiet hours for the town of Winter Park are from 10 pm to 7 am. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Fines start at $1500.00 per occurrence. ' Per the Rules and Regulations, during quiet times, no activity (including voices, music or other sounds) is permitted on any Lot, or any of the Common Properties, that can be heard by a person with normal hearing on any Lot which is a part of the Association.' This being said there should be no hot tub use after 10 pm due to the nature of the noise which occurs while using the hot tub.

the house is exactly as described and was great for our group of 7. Loved how close to the bus stop to ski hill the house is - very convenient. House is well stocked to make cooking in super easy. The property management company was awesome and super responsive - we had our skis shipped to arrive the same day we did; when they were going to arrive a day early, we really appreciated Becky going over to make sure they were secure. Overall would highly recommend this house and we would rent it again in heartbeat if we return to Winter Park with a large group!

Our family of six stayed for a long weekend in February. This house is truly a home away from home. There is not one thing that we needed. Amazing kitchen with everything. Our kids really enjoyed the pool table & games and we all loved the hot tub. Everyone slept well, very comfortable beds and lots of hot water. So convenient to have the shuttle bus so close to take us to the Village. The location of the house is perfect, so many places that are close. We loved this trip and will be back.Also want to note-Becky is Amazing! An item was left and she was gracious enough to schedule a pick up meeting in Denver. We are so thankful for her kindness.

Becky was easy to work with, the home was as pictured and quite roomy for 3 families. The neighborhood was nice to stroll and 7 minutes to the slopes.home has plenty of dishes, pans ect but could use a new set of knives and a deep clean.thank you.
