Welcome to the Julian Farmhouse—a peaceful retreat nestled in two fully fenced acres in the San Diego mountains. This two-story, three-bedroom farmhouse is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find a spacious family room anchored by a cozy wood burning fireplace, a welcoming dining room for shared meals, and a farmhouse-style kitchen that makes cooking a joy.

Step outside and you’ll discover that the property is just as inviting as the home itself. You can enjoy a glass of wine or hot cup of coffee knowing your dogs will love the freedom to safely run, play, and explore the wide-open grounds, and your family and children can enjoy classic outdoor fun with a tire swing and a game of horseshoes under the open sky.

Step into the attached garage and you’ll quickly realize this is so much more than just a place to park the car—it’s a cozy retreat designed for fun, relaxation, and togetherness. Tucked inside, you’ll find a luxurious infrared dry sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Just a few steps away, a pool table invites a friendly game, while a dartboard and a giant Connect Four set promise plenty of laughs and competition for all ages.

What makes this space truly special is its seamless connection to the outdoors. The wide garage door rolls open to let in the fresh mountain air, so you can enjoy the scenery while staying sheltered and comfortable—even on a rainy day or during a gentle snowfall. Whether it’s gathering for a spirited game night, savoring the warmth of the sauna, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, this garage transforms into a charming hub of relaxation and entertainment no matter the season.

If you are looking for even more room to relax, welcome to The Roost!
The Roost is a charming converted barn designed for comfort and fun. Inside, you’ll find ample cozy seating gathered around a warm, wood-burning potbelly stove. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard or poker, browse the library, or pick from a large collection of movies for a relaxing night in. The space is filled with antiques and quirky treasures, offering fun things to discover around every corner, making every visit a delight.

We’re just five minutes from downtown Julian, but you’ll feel a world away. Surrounded by open skies, rolling hills, and the quiet of nature, it’s the perfect basecamp for stargazing, sipping wine, or warming up by the firepit after a day of adventure.
