Communication was great and she offered to fix non-working microwave right away (I said we don’t really need it and it was more a FYI). Sidewalk/steps, at entrance, needed to be cleared but that is minimal and we cleared them of wet leaves. Overall, it was great.

The neighborhood is great with dining and groceries nearby. The space itself is welcoming and clean with plenty of room for the kids to have their own space.

Functional basic space in NOMA, clean but strong mildew smells likely common in these older homes. Hosts were very communicative.
