Great location

This place is in a great location, a short Uber to the train station and tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The check process is a little arduous but not too bad, actually quite secure. The lift is small so one at a time with luggage but works fine, and will need it too with this place being on the top floor. The rooftop terrace is amazing with stunning views. The door leading out to the terrace locks from the inside but it is counterintuitive- a note would be great. The sofa is very uncomfortable and really cannot use it for anything. The washer will work, but only 1 load every hour or so as the water has to build back up or it will show you an error message. Again, a note would be nice here. There were no paper towels or liquid soap, which was a minor inconvenience but still needed. The 2nd shower is only for small adults. The host responds well and overall, great place to stay.

Great location and property!

The location of this rental was ideal - in the Santa Croce neighborhood - it was centrally located to everything in Florence. The property team was responsive and communication was good. Unfortunately, a couple of things made our stay less than ideal. The furniture in the living area had been swapped out from what the pictures showed and the couch was very uncomfortable with no other comfortable chair to relax in after a long day of tours and walking. The showers - only the hand wands worked. For a longer stay as we did - this was frustrating to deal with. While the apartment had a washer in the kitchen - it did not have a dryer and we had to put clothes on the radiators to dry. For a week stay - it’s central location makes it ideal but for longer stays you need comfortable living space to relax and work from where you can put your feet up. Hopefully they can rectify for new renters. The beds were comfortable and the views from the small bedroom with the single bed was idyllic.
