This unique home is located just a few houses down from the breathtaking multi-million dollar homes on the water. Just a short stroll to gorgeous Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach! The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans to make cooking a gourmet dinner a breeze. Relax within the screened in front porch which is surrounded with lush tropical foliage. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. In the backyard the large screened in back porch overlooks the private fenced in yard to grill out and enjoy dinner. This inviting home has fun colors and decor in every room to truly make you feel like you're on vacation! The living room has a "smart" LCD TV which allows you to watch regular cable TV or connect via free wi-fi to stream movies and shows through TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc. Hit the beach, hit the stores, everything is within a 2.5 mile radius, including Naples hottest spot for shopping, dining, bars, and movies, the Mercato! Allison was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. The house is very well stocked with cooking utensils and beach gear. The furniture is outdated and there are no shades on the front windows but there are trees and bushes in front of the home. Location is very ideal for beaches, walking or riding a bike.

Wonderful location and very responsive management. Ptoperty was in great condition. I still miss the twice daily walks along the beach.

This house is a real treasure. We love that it's within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. We stay here every year and it's always clean and ready for us. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and a homey vibe make this one of our favorite homes away from home.

This is an excellent property. The interior design is outstanding. The front yard is landscaped as a jungle and it is beautiful to look at and provides cool shade. Everything is very clean. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.Everything works- no bugs. The place was well stocked. Thank you to the owners and managers for being so considerate
