Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, CT. The house is 2,400 sq ft. and sits on .38 acres overlooking where the Branford Harbor meets the Long Island Sound. During the summer months, you will have access to a private dock (seasonal and weather permitting) and mooring that are a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Islands. The house is located close to waterfront restaurants, bars and a walking trail. We promise to provide all the essentials you need to be more than comfortable for your initial stay. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, BEACH AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
NYC - 75 miles
New Haven (train station) - 10 miles
Branford Center - 2 miles
Daily and weekly memberships are available at The Owenego Beach and Tennis Club located 1 mile away.
*** This is not an event space - no parties unless approved by the owner. i.e. weddings, Bachelor / Bachelorette, rehearsal dinners, etc.*** We have installed an exterior camera for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.

This property was excellent. Such a lovely setting. We felt calm and relaxed every morning to get up and look at the water. It was just wonderful. So many amenities. Wish we could’ve stayed many more days.

Visited for a long weekend with dear college friends. It was the perfect place, we all agreed. Big, open kitchen and great room that was outfitted by someone who clearly likes to cook and had a wall of windows looking out on the water. The deck was a wonderful place to watch the sunset and listen to birds in the morning, and the hot tub was a welcome place to soak at the end of the day. The owner was so helpful and quick to answer questions. We are already thinking of going back next year....
