Beautiful view of Old Hickory Lake yet close to downtown nashville for all the live music, great food, and wonderful attractions nashville has to offer. Several restaurants located on the water reachable by boat or car with live music. Pontoon boats, kayaks and much more to enjoy your stay in nashville and enjoy the lake also. Swim and fish directly behind house. . Grocery stores and other necessities close by.

It was just 2 of us, so we had a whole lotta house to ourselves. But it was wonderful! Bring binoculars if you love birdwatching. We felt out of the city and enjoyed beautiful sunsets, yet we were close enough for DoorDash. Enjoyed sipping coffee from the upper porch. We definitely want to go back!

The views were amazing. House was very musty. Lots of dead and live ladybugs inside property. Attention to the fine details for cleanliness and updating is needed for the price. Location was great.
