Great stay at Rosemary Beach!Beach access: Super convenient—just a short, easy walk to the beach with no hassle getting there and back.View: Beautiful beach views from the home made for a true beach vacation.Listing accuracy: Everything matched the listing exactly—no surprises, which we really appreciated.Location: Perfectly situated—close to the beach and easy access to everything in Rosemary Beach.Layout for families: The house layout worked really well for families with kids—plenty of space, functional setup, and comfortable for everyone.Overall, a smooth, enjoyable stay. Would definitely return!

This is a rare instance where the property is better than the pictures. It is very close to the beach and has great views. We had 5 mother-daughter couples, and everyone had nothing but positives to say about the property. The property manager was very accommodating when we had to shorten our stay due to travel issues. The only negative, which is slight, is that while the property was obviously cleaned before the group arrived, the cleaning could have been more thorough. Maybe that is unrealistic for a rental property to compare it to your home, but assuming the property owner is paying for the cleaning, he/she should be getting their money worth. With that said, it was such a minor, minor negative, and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

The location of this home is great - the beach is just across the street and the pool is also steps away. There are also lovely views from the porch and an upstairs bedroom. The home itself is ok,. We had some small issues with things like towel racks falling off the wall and clogged shower drains. The cleanliness of the home wasn't the best - crumbs, wrappers, old food found under furniture and under cushions, etc. One thing to keep in mind is that the two bunk rooms are on the bottom floor where you enter and exit the home. A rambunctious child who knows how to turn a lock could easily let themselves out without someone knowing. We had adventurous boys in our group, so had to have an adult sleep downstairs with the kids to be safe.
