Each of the 3 large bedrooms has an en-suite full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom on the second floor has its own private balcony and the other second master bedroom on the lower level has its patio and hammock.
You will enjoy a clean, smoke-free, pet-free modern getaway with tons of amenities including WiFi, FireTV, DVD player, a collection of DVDs, games, beach chairs, beach toys, and a full-size washer/dryer.

Absolute gem! So spacious and so clean, the neighborhood is picture perfect and quiet. Trail access opens the beautiful natural forest through cornfields and parks and breweries all the way to ponds, lakes and then ocean! Super location with everything you need right on Route 1, where all the best eats are too frankly! Ali perfect host, there if you need but already provides everything, all the details to make your stay perfect, Tommy Bahama everything for beach, yay! Guide book was treasure to get bearings upon arrival, we did it all and it was the best! 3 floors, each with outdoor deck/patio and garage, spacious yes, cleanest too!

The overall space suited our family, who combined WFH with vacationing. We've stayed in different rentals all over Rehoboth for about 25 years and this was one of the dirtiest. The owner did refund the cleaning fee (after I sent photos) but cleaning the oven and the washer on day one wasn't much of a vacation start. Also many of the basic food products in the kitchen were expired. The complex and location are fine, right on one of the bike trails.
