Rent a kayak (or a bike) or just walk to the nearby coves and beaches. Fish or snorkel from the dock. Have a bar-b-que and end the day by a crackling camp fire. Photographers, artists, beware ! You'll never want to leave ! Banking, shopping 10 mins. away. Historic Mahone Bay, Lunenburg and Peggy's Cove forty five minutes.

We had an amazing time! Kelly is a wonderful host and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. He was a great support in pulling off this holiday as a surprise party for the birthday girl.

My immediate family (me, wife, 4 teenager) as well as some extended family (brother, sister, and her daughter) stayed here for a week. Wow. What a place. We did go do some local sightseeing in Halifax and Lunenburg, but our best times were at the place. It has all you need for a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, swimming off the dock, an incredible view, and a wonderful, super responsive host. It gets our highest recommendation.
