French doors open to the screened porch. The dining area has a wet bar, and a table that seats 10 comfortably. Additional seating allows for 2 at the breakfast bar, 4 at the game table, and 2 patio dining tables on the screened porch. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and a prep area with sink. All 6 bedrooms are upstairs and all rooms have high vaulted and cathedral ceilings that give a modern feel to the classic beach cottage bedrooms with dormer windows. The master suite is oceanfront and has a view of the ocean. This bedroom has two separate bathrooms. One has a shower, and the other one has a tub. Five more bedrooms are on this floor. Four of the other bedrooms have a private vanity with sink in the bedroom. Two bedrooms on the right side of the hallway have a connecting bathroom, and two bedrooms on the left side have a connecting bathroom. The 6th bedroom has a sitting area with TV and 2 twin beds. This home has a walkway to beach is shared with house next door. There is covered parking underneath the home, an enclosed outdoor shower, and there is an elevator that services all floors. Guests can enjoy the Inlet Point South & Peninsula amenities - community pool and the boat ramp.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
