VILLA WITH STUNNING BEACH VIEWS AND 2 MINUTES WALK TO VIGIE BEACH
A beautiful sprawling villa offering incomparable views of the Caribbean Sea is located on the Vigie Pensinsula, 10 minutes from the capital of St. Lucia, Castries. Marvin Villa faces north west and lovely sunrise views can be enjoyed from this vantage point. At times the waves crashing onto the sand can be heard from the Villa. The competitive advantage of this Villa at Vigie, is that it is only 2 minutes walking distance from Vigie Beach, a 5 mile stretch of golden white sandy beach.
The Villa itself is unique in design; split level and boast 2 large sprawling patios ideal for outdoor entertainment and offering the scenic views of the sea.
A lovely large undulating garden full of flora and fauna compliments the villa.
A salt water swimming pool is an added attraction.

The villa is a bungalow with 3 bedrooms. Tne master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a charming alcove with a settee and a coffe table and a televison. Lots of cupboard space. Bathroom ensuite equipped with a shower a
The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom
All bedrooms have AC units.
There is a back verandah from which all the bedrooms have access which lead onto a Large dining room and breakfast nook combined. There is a 1 bed cottage adjacent to the villa which is rented separately.
The dining room flows into the living room which is cosy equipped with 2 sectional sofas and comfortable cushions and a television. Even from here the aquamarine Caribbean Sea is visible.
The kitchen is modern equipped with all the necessary appliances, microwave electric kettle, stove and fridge
Maids quarters adjacent to the kitchen and the laundry room equipped with a washer and drier. There is a covered garage below the house
Good security:- the property is gated with electronic entrance gates. Burglar alarm system is installed and security cameras on the premises and good neighborhood patrols.
5 minimum stay required for bookings

PRIVATE CHEF OFFERED specializing in authentic Caribbean recipes and has great reviews. If you stay at the Villa for a week, the host will pay for the chef to prepare 1 meal and the guest will be responsible for the payment of the groceries.
Heather, the Host who is multilingual fluent in French, Spanish and German will provide you with a wealth of insights to enhance your stay.
The Villa is also located 2 minutes walk to George F.L. Charles Airport, facilitating regional flights throughout the Caribbean .

The host (Heather) was truly amazing and did everything and more to help and make our stay even more memorable. We were greeted with two bottles of rum and also had a beautiful meal cooked by the chef for our 1st night’s stay at the villa.We felt very safe at the villa and Bryan the handyman was also very helpful and friendly.I was staying there with my family celebrating my 60th birthday.Loved the pool and the property is very close to the sea.Thanks Heather for making our stay very special Would love to return one day.

Heather the host and owner was most welcoming and helpful. She arranged for a taxi from the international airport which is a must. And she arranged for a rental car to be delivered to the villa.

This property has an amazing view from the pool and a short walk to the beach. We totally enjoyed our stay. We were close to the Castries market, gas station and places to eat. One day we did the Julian land and see boat tour, which was wonderful. We had Anna the chef prepare a wonderful meal for us. Heather was very responsive. We can’t say enough good things about this property.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely home. We enjoyed the pool every before or after our excursions to Rodney Bay and Holiday Stable Horse riding on the beach. The meal cooked by Chef Anna was a highlight.
