Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of your stay. You’ll be responsible for the remainder of your stay's supplies.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

You’ll find plenty of lush green spaces, parks, and recreational areas that make it perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. Just a short drive away, you’ll be close to some of Florida’s top attractions. Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy the magic of the theme parks while retreating to a peaceful haven afterward. You'll also find proximity to world-class golf courses, perfect for avid golfers or those looking to relax in nature.



The neighborhood is conveniently located near I-4, providing quick access to Orlando, Universal Studios, and other popular destinations. Whether you're here for family fun, golfing, or simply exploring Central Florida, this location offers a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.



Getting Around:

➜ Car: The most convenient way to get around is by car, with quick access to I-4 and ample parking at the property.



➜ Uber/Lyft: Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient trips to nearby attractions like Disney, Universal, and shopping centers.



➜ Public Bus: The local bus system provides access to nearby areas for budget-friendly transportation.



➜ Biking: The quiet neighborhood streets are ideal for biking, offering a scenic and eco-friendly way to explore.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
