Vehicle access was clearly explained and easy after first time. The apartment was clean and organized. The main feature is location. It is walking distance from CBD

The location was very good and the outlook beautiful but the general state of the apartment was one of neglect, eg damaged curtains, dishwasher interior, bedroom door, chipped glasses, etc. Wifi didn't work and no access to allocated parking, although visitor parking was available. Accessing apartment key via small letter box opening very unsatisfactory. Overall it was disappointing.
