This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and two twin bunks for a total of 7 beds.

This is a beautiful neighborhood located at the base of the Granby Ranch Resort in Granby, CO with main access to Downtown Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

Stayed here for my son’s wedding at Grant Ranch. This was an excellent location with lots of room. It was walkable to all things wedding except for the elderly grandparents. However 30 second car ride solved that. Appreciated the main floor king size bed for them. Cell service is tough. Would have been good to have had all check in information and WiFi password before we left home since it was very hard for us to obtain. Very clean. A little awkward on two of the three showers but still workable. Excellent way for us to all stay together and walkable to anyone staying at Base Camp One. I would recommend if your family is doing a wedding at Granby Ranch.

We recently stayed at the property during Mardi Gras week. The property was nice but it was not ski in ski out as advertised. I had even messaged the property management group and they informed me that is was a “30 second” walk to the lift. Come to find out, there was no lift behind the property and the walk was about 7-10 minutes, which wasn’t terrible.

This is a fantastic property. It is very clean and spacious. The only reason I gave 4 stars on listing is because it says it has air conditioning. It has lots of ceiling fans but no air conditioning. Other than that, it is a great property.

This is not ski in ski out. There were no mattress covers on the beds other than the bunk room. The primary shower would not drain so if you used it you stood in 2 inches of water. There were barely enough bath or kitchen towels.The condo is very used..
