My family and I had a blast staying at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and came with every amenity we needed. The property owner and property manager were both very accessible when we had questions or needed anything and were eager to help. The property itself was easy to access and the check in process was simple. My family has been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and this was certainly a favorite trip, and much in part because of this lovely property!

The property was excellent for our family of 10. The proximity to the beach was a great bonus and our views of the ocean while drinking our coffee in the morning was very nice. We used the tent, beach chairs, rode the bikes and beach towels that were furnished. It is so nice not to need to pack these items. The manager, Paul and owner Marc were excellent host. The swing that was in the yard was not in good condition but when I mentioned it to Marc he had us a new swing and set up in under 24 hours. The new addition of the gazebo was greatly enjoyed by the older ones of the family that do not want constant sun. The Piggly Wiggly and other shops within walking distance were a plus. Over all it was a beautiful and wonder place to stay. Diana

The house was perfect for our family vacation! We loved being right on the beach and having our own pool. The location on the island was great too, convenient to getting everywhere and walking distance to Coligny. Communication from Paul, the property manager, was great and he was very responsive during our stay.

Location is perfect, amenities are great, impeccably clean, host is responsive and available if assistance is needed. Our family loved our stay, the view, the proximity to the beach, the heated pool, hot tub, pool table, so much to do. Biked into town and around the island and walked on the beach for miles each way. House is well stocked no need to purchase household items, bath towels are thick and luxurious, welcome gifts are very thoughtful. Perfect spot on the island. We will definitely stay again when next in HH with all our kids, they loved it!
