This two conjoined units is perfect for small family or couples who just want to get "Away From It All" You can rent one unit or both units depending on the size of your group.
Each unit contains two bedrooms, one room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds, one bathroom with a bath and shower, The full size kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freeze, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and much more, The lounge/dinning area has a dinning table that seat four and a breakfast counter that seats two, A large sofa and a love seat and with WiFi internet TV.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned, At the back of the unit there is a BBQ grill and a small wash room with a washer and dryer, At the front of the unit there is a large patio with lounge chairs and a gazebo at the water's edge for you to relax and appreciate the view,
The owner is a professional Bonefish guide, so if you want expert help and a guide for the day, Ask for

This villa exceeded every expectation! The view is absolutely spectacular, and the location near Moriah Harbour Cay National Park was perfect for exploring the island. The crystal-clear water right off the back porch felt like having our own private paradise.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, and all of the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home.One of the best parts of our stay was the convenience offered by the owner. We were able to rent a boat directly from the owner, and vehicles were available for rent from the owner as well. Having access to kayaks and a paddle board was also a huge bonus and allowed us to enjoy the water every day.Booking was simple, communication was excellent from start to finish, and every detail was handled professionally. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Charlie's place is just paradise. The location cannot be beat. The unit and grounds were impeccably clean and well stocked. Charlie makes life so easy by arranging airport transportation, having rental cars on site as well as a boat to rent. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are also available free of charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed every minute of our trip! We cannot wait to come back to Exuma and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. It's hard to believe but, it's even more beautiful in real life! Thank you Charlie and we are already getting excited about our next trip!!!
