The house is in a central location and quiet neighborhood. It is well cared for, clean and stocked with the essentials. It is very comfortable for a large group but do pay attention to the 8 person capacity cap.

This property was beautifully decorated, had all new appliances and fixtures, and was very spacious. The location was great. The 4th Street Filling Station Gastropub was within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

My family and I went to Cocoa Beach to spend Christmas with our family that lives there. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely stay again.

The property is clean, well appointed, and had all of the extras we could have wanted. One of the best rental properties I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend.
