- 9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)
- 3 minutes to Epic Universe

*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departing late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.
*Unlimited Access to all of the Resort’s Amenities including: Large Resort Pools (2 Pools, Heated during the winter months), Hot Tubs (2), Full Pool Bar, Fitness Center, 1.5 mile Jogging Trail Around the Lake, Conference Room Available on First Come First Serve Basis, Arcade Room, Playground, Kiddie Pool, Showers and Changing Rooms, Basketball Court, and Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills.

PET POLICY
No pets are allowed to stay in this home. If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file and/or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

The house was as shown in photos, clean and amenities were good. The stairs are quiet and beds and couches were comfy. We had everything we needed. We walked to the West building of the convention center one day, but it's a hike for sure. The other two convention center buildings are closer. I appreciated being offered potential early check in and late checkout as well as utilizing the pool and shower after checkout while waiting for a later flight. My only gripe was some of the TV remotes were left in wrong rooms and one without batteries, so we had to play a game of match the TV and remote at first. I give this all the stars!

The place is not bad, needs new sofas, and the cleaning was not really good, but other than that we really enjoyed

We stay here often for conferences at the OCCC. These condos are walking distance to the OCCC and accommodations are great. This unit had everything we needed and was overall very clean. The bedrooms were wonderful but do feel like some of the main living furniture is very worn and could be replaced.
