The second level boasts the master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room; surrounded by vaulted windows and a wrap around deck that give way to fantastic views of the mountains and river. The second level master bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The first level downstairs has two private bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and the other has two twin-on-twin bunk bed and a full-on-full bunk bed) and a shared full bath. Each bedroom has its own access from the outside porch. There is a downstairs media/game room with a second fridge. High chair and a pack-n-play available. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to meet your family's needs during your stay.

Relax out on the huge second level deck to enjoy expansive scenic views, watch the wildlife, and wave to the fishermen, boaters, and floaters as they drift down the Yellowstone.

YRRR is centrally located just 16 miles south of the town of Livingston and 37 miles north of the 'North Entrance' of Yellowstone National Park. The town of Emigrant, only a few miles south, has a gas station, general store, post office, bakery, BBQ, the Old Saloon, and a fly fishing shop.
