The only inconvenience was that the outside closet that contained beach chairs and sand toys was locked and there was no key available to us. Other than that, the apartment was clean and spacious, although a bit outdated.

The access to the private beach, pools, golf course, & pickleball courts is perfect. The property is very secure and safe. We rented a boat for crab island & picked our crew up from the peer at Louisiana Lagniappe.

Overall, this was an excellent location and just across from the beach. We didn't have to drive far to get access to the beachfront because it was just across the street and it was a private beach. Terry, our host, was very responsive to my query. I didn't have to wait long. The condo had everything that we would need for our short vacation. Albeit, some of the appliances were older, these still work so this was not a problem for us. Restaurants were not far away and Target was also a walking distance.
