This new 2 Bedroom modern farm house, is perfect for a relaxing peacful getaway. Short walk from the center of Trentham and a 5 minute walk to the state forest. Stunning srroundings and an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos wombats and native birds. All at your doorstep.
Trentham is just a short drive to Dalesford, Kynton, Woodend and Castlemaine. Plenty to see and do. Hiking, biking, noshing, grazing, drinking, or thinking, the options are endless at Black Cow Cottage.

The sauna is crafted from 100% Canadian Hemlock wood, includes chromotherapy (light therapy), it offers features like internal audio with Bluetooth connectivity.
For bike riders, interested in Gravel Trails and Mountain Biking we have some of the best trails in Victoria literally on our doorstep. The 93 km Woodend, Wombat SF, Lederderg Track Gravel Loop goes right past our gate. There are plenty of shorter or even longer trails you can take if you have the stamina.

Beautifully presented property with great communication from the host, Mike. The property is exceptionally clean. Not only is it a gorgeous home but it's situated in a pretty lane surrounded by farmland, we often spied kangaroos on our drive into the town.

Such a restful retreat. A quiet road, fresh flowers for us. Everything spotlessly clean. A delightful cottage with all mod cons. Mornings you're greeted by the beautiful black Angus cows next door. Heart of the town a peaceful walk away. Perfect.

The cottage is of a high Standard. I would recommend staying at Birch College 100%. You will not regret it.
