Sandy Cheeks is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the Highland Parks community of Blue Mountain Beach, just off Hwy 30A. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and king beds, the second floor master bedroom features double vanity sinks and a large walk in shower. This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Pool was amazing and the house was spacious, clean, and decorated just right. An additional exit from the property would have been ideal; there was only one door to the outside (front door) which made us feel a bit cramped. A back porch or outdoor sitting space besides the front door would really help. But that was our only issue, and a very small one. Otherwise everything was fabulous!

Loved the house and the location. The coffee maker didn't work the first morning we got there and the host replaced it that day. We are coffee fiends, so this was a big deal and really appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Cheeks! It was the perfect size for our family. The house was decorated so nicely and was so comfortable! My teens loved having the bikes. The pool was wonderful! There was also lots of seating and the covered area was nice. The community was very nice and we look forward to returning! Thank you!

Beautiful house. Spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of books and games for your down time. Had 3 beach chairs and a nice cooler backpack that we used each time we went to the beach.
