Clean, good location, quiet. Had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The home is spacious, quiet, and clean, and located in a very nice neighborhood. It has so much potential to be a 10/10 stay. That said, there is quite a bit of deferred maintenance that future guests should be aware of. We noticed loose tiles throughout the property that could pose a tripping hazard, as well as some loose fixtures. Unfortunately, the pool was green and unusable during our visit. The owner was very responsive and provided a discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. With a few repairs and some regular upkeep, this property could truly shine. For now, I would rate it an 8/10.

Very happy with everything here. Beautiful home, spacious property, plenty of room to roam, and close enough to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

The home was nice and cozy, but the pool was dirty. There was algae in the pool and slime all the way around the liner of the pool. The pool was the main reason we chose the home for our trip. The pool was to entertain the kids while we were there. It was a business trip for the Buckarama at the Georgia National Fair Grounds. The host had plenty of time to have the pool cleaned before we got there.
