This is a great place with lots of space for families to sprawl, cook together and have a good time. We only had six adults but can see how the house would accommodate double that with plenty of elbow room. I highly recommend if you need a house to please lots of people.

Great stay for a group! Lots of space and a great location in the middle of all Nelson Co. has to offer. We will be back!

Host was very responsive and house was in a great location. Could use some minor things like more dishes and more seating options when you have a full house. Biggest concern was lack of railing from first floor to lower level. Definitely a great option!

When we arrived at this house, we found the entire deck and porch had been removed and workmen were trying to put in some steps so we could enter. Jerry was quick to respond to my message and did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience but disappointing that we couldn't use outside grill and fire pit. House was clean and comfortable.
