Welcome to our luxurious lakeside suite, a peaceful haven carefully designed for your comfort and pleasure. This exquisite condo can sleep six guests, offering two serene bedrooms and three comfortable beds, ensuring everyone has a restful night's sleep. The property boasts one full bathroom and a convenient half bath. Your relaxation is of utmost importance to us, hence dual big screen TVs are at your disposal for your entertainment needs. Love to cook? Then our fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and essential crockery and cutlery, will be your go-to spot for stirring up your favorite recipes. For your convenience, the house also features a washer and a dryer. During the sunny summer months, take a refreshing dip in the shared pool. When the weather cools, the captivating fireplace creates a warm ambiance perfect for cozy evenings indoors. Please note that pool availability and the use of the fireplace are season dependent. Additionally, one dedicated parking spaces is available for guests and an extra guests parking is also available for extra cars.

Guest Access:
Guests are privileged to entire access to the property, including all its on-site Amenities. Here, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay: from necessary kitchen appliances to cozy bedroom necessities, including bed linens, extra pillows and blankets. Furthermore, guests will have full access to the club's recreational facilities, and practical Amenities such as a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. When arriving at the property, you can effortlessly park your vehicles at the designated space allocated for you. Extra guests parking is also available on site.
Access to Club de la Pointe
- Only guests staying at Fraternité-sur-Lac who have a magnetic access card or wristband attached to a lanyard worn around their neck are permitted to access and circulate within Club de la Pointe. The access card or wristband must be visible at all times.
- Guests aged 13 and over are considered adults for Club access purposes and must therefore have their own access pass.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

A small grocery store with all the essentials is a 2 minute walk from the property. There you will find a café with sandwiches and brioche, an SAQ section, fruits and vegetables, prepared meals, chips, liqueurs, desserts, toiletries, etc.

There were some communication issues prior to arrival regarding the kayak usage but it did get cleared up. Otherwise they were prompt in their responses. The place was clean, well maintained. There was one chair that was not comfortable. Beds were great! Lovely place!

The setting is serene and gorgeous. The unit was very nice but I feel could be improved to meet expectations. This was my 4th stay at the property in the last 9 years and this was the first time that the unit’s main bathroom lacked any kind of bath or shower gel, hand wash or soap. The conditioner bottle was empty. There was a bottle of hand wash in the kitchen but the pump was broken. The kitchen was well equipped but did not have any plastic wrap or food paper of any kind (only an empty aluminum foil box). In the powder room, the toilet paper holder was repaired without repairing the wall and all the old holes. The balcony was beautiful but could use a sweep to clear the saw dust and cigarette buts on the floor. I would stay there again but believe the management company is different from past stays and it needs to up its game. The club with the pool, tennis, etc was excellent.
