The Space:
➝ Fully functioning Pizza Oven
➝ Gas Fire Pit & Gas Grill
➝ Fenced in backyard w/ yard games provided
➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair and kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)
➝ 2200 Square Feet
➝ 2 Car Garage (very rare for this area!) 2 more cars can fit in driveway - with free street parking
➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In home washer + dryer w/ detergent and dryer sheets provided
➝ Walkable to Dundee restaurants + shopping
➝ Memory foam mattresses on all beds
➝ Sound machines + charging cords in each bedroom
➝ Dedicated workspace with desk and chair
➝ Self check in with Smart Lock
➝ Central A/C and heat
➝ 10 Minutes to Zoo and Downtown - 15 min from Omaha Airport
➝ Minutes to UNMC, UNO, Blackstone and Aksarben
➝ Pet Friendly - 2 dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - fenced-in backyard and doggy bags provided - sorry, no cats.

➝ Second floor: 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 trundle) + 1 bathroom.
➝ Third Floor: Suite 1 trundle + 1 full bathroom (but on the smaller side)

Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For safety, there's a security camera installed at the front and back door. If you have any questions or need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Beautiful, well-maintained home with a great layout. The patio was the highlight—perfect for relaxing and entertaining. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very nice home with lots of space and an amazing fire pit area. Cute play area and sleeping area for kids in the attic with a great AC unit to keep it cold. Lots of stairs in case anyone has mobility issues.
