A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
The apartment Podere Terraviva - Apt Ginestra is located among the hills of Riparbella and offers a splendid sea view. With step-free access and carefully designed interiors, the 75 m² home includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for up to 4 guests. Free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a high chair for children are available.
Outside, your private space features a garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. You can also enjoy a large shared garden with a gazebo, outdoor shower, and a beautiful natural pool (biolake) 20 meters long, set in an ecosystem rich in seasonal blooms, overlooking vineyards and the sea: a perfect place to relax in nature.
The estate also hosts a food forest, a woodland orchard where you can discover a sustainable agricultural approach based on biodiversity, with edible plants, small wildlife, and a naturally balanced ecosystem.
The property is environmentally conscious: energy-saving lighting, photovoltaic panels, sustainable insulation materials, and biodegradable products for personal and household cleaning, as water is recycled for plant irrigation.
Two parking spaces are available. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Families with children are welcome.
