House was very clean and spacious. The back yard was not great and needs to be exterminated for red ants. We were looking forward to sitting outback but were unable to due to fear of getting bit by the red ants. Inside of the house was cutely decorated and very comfortable for a family of 4.

House is very nice, neighborhood is not. No one should attempt to park on the drive, The side parking is the best place to park. I would not suggest this home for anyone with mobility issues. You must walk around the yard to the front door, the steps are steep and slant. The other issue with the neighborhood is the number of animals which look very under fed and not taken care of, not the fault of the property or the property manager; however, as an animal lover , I had a difficult time seeing the dogs next door and the environment in which they were forced to live.

Sunny and clean. We appreciate the house rule of removing shoes at the doorway and the shoe rack and mat at the front and rear entrances.
