- 1 living room with fireplace / dining room opening onto a terrace overlooking the countryside, with sofa bed for 2 people.
- 1 bathroom (shower + basin) and 1 separate WC.
- 1 kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, an induction hob and fridge freezer.
Garage in basement (1 car) with sink and washing machine.
Enclosed garden 2000m2.
You are 25 mm from the Ocean and the Spanish border, 10 km from Cambo-les-Bains.

Excellent facilities and well equipped. Clean and tidy.
Great communication with hosts.
Lovely terrace.
Only downside for us was that we hadn't realised the garden was on such a slope, making garden games tricky. Difficult to retrieve balls due to steep hill along garden edge. Better for adults than children I think but a wonderful stay all the same.
