Our stay was great! Everything we needed was there

The location is excellent for staying in Kihei. Juliana is excellent in responding to questions. We were confused about which building, but she helped us right away. We could not see the beach from the condo, but it was close to the beach. There is traffic noise with a busy street by the living room and lanai. The condo is very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The couch and bed were comfortable. It could use some deep cleaning and maintenance, but overall a good value for where it is.

Condo was well stocked with extra pillows which my wife loved! The beach gear was awesome! Location was great with being right across from a great beach & within walking distance to a few great eating places with great drinks, food & live music! Also great shopping places with local shops & treasures!

We stayed for 10 nights. The condo was clean and conveniently located. We were disappointed with the condition of the unit however. The sofa was very uncomfortable, the towel bar in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the sliding door and screen were in rough shape and difficult to open. Since there was only 1 folding beach chair in the closet, we purchased another one. We left it in the closet for the next guest. The wifi was very poor. They have a Belkin router, which in my professional opinion, are the worst made. I'm a technician for a major telecomm corperation.
