Wake up to tree-studded scenery or seasonal mountain views at your Big Canoe vacation rental in Jasper, Georgia. This 5-bedroom, 4½-bathroom cabin for up to 10 guests features an array of amenities to entertain plus grants access to community extras inside the 8,000-acre gated community. Along with homey conveniences, like Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a flat, paved driveway with space to park 2 vehicles, you'll have everything you need to enjoy a memorable family vacation or mountain retreat with friends.
Curl up on the sofa or in the armchairs in the living room and gaze at scenic views through the wall of windows. Toss logs into the wood-burning fireplace on chillier evenings in the mountains, paired with a glass of local wine or moonshine. Spread out to the den that features a big screen TV, a DVD player, plus access to Netflix and Hulu and enjoy movie nights together. There's also another sitting space in the home, where you can pull out a book to read or slip away to chat with a close friend.
Hungry? Fire up the gas grill for mealtimes at the outdoor table or whip up something tasty in the fully equipped kitchen and dine at the indoor table and breakfast bar. For more fun, sway in the hammock on the lower-level deck. There's also a screened deck with a ceiling fan, seating, and rockers to add to your mountain experience.
After hanging out at the cabin, shopping downtown, or swimming, hiking, golfing, playing tennis, or dining within the community, get ready to drift to dreamland in a mix of 2 king, 1 queen, and 4 twin beds. The main bedroom even has a TV and private en-suite bathroom that features an indoor jetted tub for spa baths anytime! Sunrise Ridge has everything you need to enjoy an easy and comfortable stay in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

This house was a good location in close proximity to golf, the park, and marina. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend, and there was plenty of room for the 3 families to spread out.

Lovely home with lots of beds for a large family.
Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal.
Our visit was in June so leaves were on the trees and the mountains were not visible from the home.
Easy accessibility to marina and beach club.
We had a great time. A couple of things to note: one that the driveway is at a bottom of a hill. If there are cars in the neighbor’s driveway, you have to reverse up a hill to exit the home. Like anything, it gets easier with practice, but took maneuvering the first (or second) time!
The other small negative is that the home came with a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, and garbage bags. We had to buy more during our stay. We also needed to supply soap for the bathrooms.
