Awesome for family gatherings!

Overall, the home was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. However, a few important details were not mentioned in the listing. There are steps into and out of the den, which made it difficult for my 90-year-old parents to navigate safely. Additionally, there isn’t a walk-in shower—the shower has a fairly large step to enter, and there are no safety grab bars. This made it challenging for them to use comfortably.

We had all of my kids their spouses and grandkids under one roof here. There is such a positive vibe in this home/ranch. Everything was as promised. something for everyone to do here (especially the kids) and enjoy time together. We will be back:)

The place looks beautiful at first, but the termite problem is a big red flag — we saw termite bodies all over the floor. Also, the AC only works on one side of the house, so the other side stays really hot. I’d suggest asking to see photos of rooms 5 and 6 (they’re not online, probably for a reason). One of our families even had to sleep on the floor.
