The house was very nice when pulling into the drive, once you opened the door you got a lovely open room concept with lots of bedrooms as well. My favorite part was the screened in patio as well as the amazing dock!!!

The PROS: The house is cute and laid out well. The kitchen is well stocked with items, and the porch and swing are great. The downstairs is fun with a ping pong table, large sofa, and TV. The laundry was spacious with what appeared to be new appliances. The house is close to restaurants and shopping. The CONS: The lake isn’t visible from the house, and the hill down to the lake is steep, especially at the end and has no steps. The sofa had dog hair on it, and the rug in the main sitting area was dirty and smelled of urine. If you’re interested in hiking, you have to drive somewhere to do that since the house is in a subdivision.
