Fenced in yard and very private, the driveway has a gate that you can close.

The park (Look out Park) offers a beautiful newly renovated playground, sand volleyball, ping pong tables, picnic tables, charcoal grills, Free parking and a Car Charging station. Great sunrise, sunsets, dolphins and whales at certain times of the year!
