Great location across from the pool, but we couldn't hear noise from the pool in the condo. Perfect size for four adults. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the screened deck. The state park pass is an awesome amenity. We went to Huntington Beach State Park twice. Lots of parking and nice beach area. Clean restrooms, too!!

Third floor unit has too many steps, unit needs some home improvement renovating, unit needs some cosmetic updating, unit could be cleaner
