Property is conveniently located in the PIK2 area. Easy to reach. Aircon works fine and linen was clean.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that would make me hesitate to book again. The room had a noticeable smell, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout my stay. The check-in process was also more complicated than it needed to be. The instructions were entirely in Indonesian, and having to complete check-in through a separate third-party website was confusing. On top of that, the security deposit process took quite a while to sort out. There is also a reception desk in the building, but they aren't connected with the hosts and couldn't assist with luggage storage, which was unexpected. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due: the hosts were very helpful in helping me retrieve the cap I accidentally left behind after checking out, and I really appreciated that. With a smoother check-in process and a few improvements to the facilities, the experience would have been much better.
