Clarion Pointe Shreveport Airport

The hotel was in good condition and clean. The bed was comfy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff at my check in was very pleasant and helpful. The staff assisted me in locating a "dine in" restaurant that was close to the Clarion. The restaurant served exceptional Louisiana style food, Orlando's menu offered a wide verity of meal options The view of the lake was lovely from the dining room I would also like to recognize one Clarion employee who was especially helpful, Ms. La Tonya was one of two who staffed the front desk on the morning I was to check out; while loading my car I forgot my room card in the room. "WITHOUT HESITATION" as I entered the lobby Ms. La Tanya asked if she could help me. (THIS is not common at every hotel) I explained my problem and she quickly provided another card. Employees like Ms. La Tanya should be commended and appreciated. I travel to LA from Dallas several times each year I WILL make the Clarion Shreveport my place to stay on each trip to and from LA in the future.

Nice place to stay but I don’t like the surroundings , people are drinking beside the building

Room was clean and comfortable but there No coffee at the room and the bathroom needs improvement. Too small

It was fine. People were nice. It was clean.

The walls are paper thin. I didn’t sleep at all. People talking and walking in the halls all night. The ice maker was hard at 5:45AM.
