Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses - Agadir - All Inclusive

Clean and very welcoming. Fabulous bakery and great food. Staff were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without a doubt.

It was my second time at Pickalbatros Palais des Roses this year . Went back in March and had a nice experience but this time was much much better ! First time I’ve been the food/the views was the highlight of my stay, but this time the service made the experience 1000 times better ! Mohamed and Amine at the Culina restaurant always made sure me and my mom had everything we needed for food and drinks and always made sure we were ok ! Taoufiq from the Mediterranean was very polite when we had dinner there 🙂 Khalid from the lobby always had a smile on his face from the moment we got there ! Amina, housekeeper, made sure our bedroom had everything we needed and was always fresh, aired and spotlessly clean ✨ Animation team was an unexpected plus, making sure everyone was participating and having fun 🤩 All the staff from chefs, housekeeping, cleaners really everyone had a smile on their faces, were extremely polite and did a huge difference to our stay. In addition to the service, the food once again did not disappoint, huge variety for all tastes. It was hard to choose what to eat everyday as everything looked so good. Facilities extremely well maintained, there’s a reserved space on the beach for guests which was the cherry on top!

Restaurant staff are not organised yet, long question for coffee Gist should not have to queue up for coffee or drinks Staff should be serving drinks to guest No drunk bar on beach or toilets , guest have to return to hotel to get drinks There maybe regulatory restrictions with placing a bar on the beach but with kinda money charged for stay and being an all inclusive facility there should be staff serving drinks and snacks to guest on the beach

Upgraded our room which was really nice of the reception staff.

Feels like a cruise ship.
