Very near to malls and KLCC park. Breakfast selection was good. Decent gym.
The toilet door was misaligned so couldn’t close the door while showering.

We had a very good stay at this property. It was comfortable, clean, and very suitable for families.
There were only two minor issues. First, there was no handheld bidet sprayer in the toilet, which would be a very useful addition, especially for families. Second, the car parking access was initially registered for only one day. However, after speaking with the reception staff, they quickly resolved the issue and extended the parking access for our entire stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff were helpful and responsive, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable
Not children friendly as the centre of each floor has railings on three sides instead of a fully closed ceiling to floor concrete partition. We were on the 29th floor and it was really scary for us as well. If they don’t want to close it with a partition there should be nets so in case (God Forbid) someone falls he lands on the net. Believe me it was quite scary even for me. I won’t be staying here again just because of this issue. Photos attached for reference.
