LOCATION - absolutely premium EASE - getting the keys, reaching the room etc was super easy ROOM SIZE - the room itself is quite spacious for 2 people (I wouldnt do 3 people) CLEAN on arrival

NOISE - it can be quite noisy at night but not super crazy NO NEW TOWELS - we didn't reeceive new towels/bedding etc during the 3 night we were there and towards the end we needed new towels because they were getting dirty. For example, if someone is staying there for 1 week, would the host not change the towels? Please change the towels every 1-2 nights. NO DUVET - it was getting cold at night and there was not duvet to keep us warm, just a sheet SMALL BATHROOM - if you are someone who is tall and/or big, you will not be able to shower in this shower, at least not without splashing water everywhere as there is no door to the shower.

Very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Excellent location. Excellent communication from the host.

I have booked a 7 nights stay in the deluxe studio and I had a really pleasant stay . The room was spacious with everything you need. We did not use most of the facilities as we ate every time at restaurants but for those who want to cook you have everything you need. It would have been great to have a wardrobe so we can put our clothes as we were 3 adults, but we managed as there was enough space in the back of the room to put our trollers and keep the clothes there . The bathroom was fine but it would be better to have a shower curtain so water does not splash in the whole bathroom. The accommodation is situated exactly on the most busy street in Athens and I really appreciate that the walls are soundproof and you are not disturbed by the noise . One of the most importat things that I liked was the communication I had with the owner. The instructions were clear and we did not have any problems when we checked in and out. We also needed about half of the stay some new towels and the cleaning lady left us some new towels and also took out our garbage . The location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect everything important is in walking distance , there might be a lot of people that probably are much more exigent and they might find some things that they do not like but for us it was exactly the accommodation we needed.

There were no things that I didn't like there were jus things that could be improved and that we're mentioned in the section above.

Da qui è possibile raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città, oltre a ristoranti, locali e negozi. Il self check-in è stato semplice, veloce e ben organizzato. Le istruzioni ricevute erano chiare e ci hanno permesso di accedere alla struttura senza alcuna difficoltà. The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated in the heart of Monastiraki, one of the liveliest and safest areas of Athens. From here, you can easily walk to all the main attractions, as well as many restaurants, cafés, and shops. The self check-in process was easy, straightforward, and well organized. The instructions were clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. Overall, we would recommend this property because of its excellent location and convenience, while hoping to see a bit more attention given to this aspect in the future.

L'unico aspetto che ci sentiamo di segnalare riguarda la biancheria. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani presentavano alcune macchie e, per questo motivo, abbiamo preferito dormire senza utilizzare il lenzuolo superiore e la coperta. Siamo convinti che si sia trattato di una semplice disattenzione, ma crediamo che un controllo più accurato della biancheria prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti renderebbe l'esperienza decisamente migliore. ________________ The only issue we would like to mention concerns the bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, both had visible stains, and because of this we chose not to use the top sheet or the blanket while sleeping. We believe this was simply an oversight, but paying a little more attention to the cleanliness and inspection of the linen before guests arrive would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
